The truth about of Montreal's "False Priest"

As Erik reported this morning, of Montreal announced the completion and details of their new album False Priest. The album is set to be released September 14th on Polyvinyl Records.

They are giving away the first single, "Coquet Coquette" for free. Grab it then compare it with the video of Kevin and B.J. premiering the song on Morning Sessions back in April 2009:

Rock on, baby.

At WTMD, we really enjoy music. Babies are cool, too. When the two come together, as they did for our TMD 5,000 Fund Drive with our youngest member Chloe, we tend to giggle around the office and click Replay numerous times.

Here, this youngster takes a break from nap time for some fist-pumping, head-bashing, rocking-out. Enjoy.

Bright Eyes Latest Album Gets Animated in Video Series

Polydor Records, Bright Eyes Label, called up 5 animators to put to life songs from Cassadaga. You can check out all the videos through their media player here. It's interesting to see each animators perspective on the song, one of the videos that peaked my interest the most is "I Must Belong Somewhere"

Enjoy another one of my favorites below!
