."We struggled for a long time over the title of this album. I think [guitarist] Max [Evans] came up with Wakin’ Up at one point," she says. "I feel like it really does have a lot of different meanings.” Wilson's original songs have won several national awards during her ten-year career; however, this is her first collection of all-original material.
